How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is printed to order just for you. Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Delivery time after that depends on where you are and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Why does it take a little longer than some stores?
We don't keep warehouses full of shirts. Each item is printed when you order it, which means less overproduction and less waste, and a piece made just for you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates depend on your location and what's in your cart, and they're shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the US and to many countries around the world. Available options and rates for your address are shown at checkout. Please note that a few items, like our windbreaker, ship to US addresses only.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or gets lost in transit, email us at gene@travelerapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Read our full refund policy.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size guide tab with measurements for that exact item, taken with the garment lying flat. Compare them to a shirt you already love. Our tri-blend tees have a fitted cut, and a few styles run small, which we note on the product page.

How should I care for my Traveler gear?
To keep prints looking their best, wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly over the print. Skip the bleach and dry cleaning.
